About the Company
A Danish company specialized in developing Software Solutions and Consulting Services for Telecom companies worldwide. It is the number one player in the area of Network Business Intelligence solutions for the telecom industry which applies for telecommunication operators that use Nokia, Alcatel, Ericsson, Nortel and Siemens switching equipment. The company is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager, who will help drive the company towards its ambitious targets in the Asian market.

Job Description
·Help establish and build the Company in Asia.
·Identify and initiate contact to potential clients and partners;
·Manage the sales process - from pre-sales to after-sales activities;
·Building up own pipeline and customer group.
·Ongoing dialogue with operators.
·Will have own budget responsibility.
·Up to 80 traveling days a year in Asia.

Job Requirements:
·Experience in sales, preferably in Telco
·Exposure in Telco operating in Asian countries, must have contacts in Telco in Asian region
·Self management skills (responsibility, discipline, planning and organization);
·Fluent English;
·Good communication skills (be able to talk to people on various levels).

·The candidate will be free to work at home, though; the candidate shall be fully available for business trips.
